The following terms used in this document are defined below:

You must provide true and accurate personal information at registration. The following details must be correct:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Date of birth
• Correct mobile number
• Valid email address (if applicable)
• Payment method details

In the event of false information or concealment of information, bdebd reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account at any time.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately via the bdebd Login page and notify our support team.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdebd reserves the right to verify a user's identity for security and fraud prevention purposes. The following documents may be requested as part of this process:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account
• Bank statement (where applicable)

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is completed.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into bdebd:

• bKash — mobile financial service
• Nagad — postal department digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though there may be some delay due to network latency.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

The user must ensure that the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals is registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods is generally not permitted. bdebd may temporarily hold funds while investigating suspicious transactions.

4.4 Fees and Taxes

bdebd generally does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banks) may apply their own service charges. The user bears full responsibility for any applicable taxes and duties.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdebd offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (limit applies) → Total balance ৳20,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus combined.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Not all games may contribute equally toward the wagering calculation — contact our support team for details.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• There is a set expiry period for claiming a bonus — any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• bdebd reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.
• In the event of bonus abuse (such as multiple accounts or commission claiming), the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• bdebd VIP members have access to special weekly cashback offers (Bronze: 0.3%, Silver: 0.5%, Gold: 0.8%).

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the bdebd platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined impartially using a Random Number Generator (RNG). The individual rules for each game can be found in the game lobby.

6.2 Game Limits and Restrictions

Each game has its own betting limits, which are clearly displayed before the game begins. The following conditions always apply:

• Results arising from a technical error may be considered void.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the status of the last confirmed bet will be maintained.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
